Yes. For an additional charge, you may ship your products via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available). The package will arrive next business day, 2nd business day and 3rd business day, respectively, from the date shipped, NOT from when the order was placed.

Although not necessary, flower preservatives will help you keep the flowers even longer. Arrangements in Floral Foams (green sponge-type material): Carefully empty the water every other day over your sink and then replace with fresh water. Always keep your container completely full and make sure to remove fading blooms and foliage. Always make sure to keep your flowers away from extreme heat and cold.

We offer delivery (for a nominal fee, price varies on distance) on all arrangements and/or plants.
Delivery Areas: We deliver in the tri-county area. As well as nationally and internationally through a variety of wire services.
Same Day Deliveries: In Miami-Dade County, orders must be placed by 1pm.
Outside of Miami-Dade County, orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
Delivery Fees: Depends on the location.
Outside of Miami-Dade County there will be an additional charge (inquire when ordering).
Additional delivery terms: Wrong Address: If an erroneous address is furnished to BLOOOMING FLOWERS a second delivery fee will be charged to the customer.
Recipient is Not Available: If the recipient is not in, BLOOMING FLOWERS will leave the flower arrangement with a neighbor / doorman / receptionist / security desk (if available.)
A note or phone message will be left for the recipient indicating who is holding their delivery.
Floral Arrangements:Our return policy is handled on a case by case basis. We take the utmost care and caution to only provide top quality products, so almost all quality issues are resolved prior to delivery. In the rare event you are not satisfied with the quality or the freshness of our products; please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. After 24 hours it is very difficult for us to determine if the quality of the product was compromised prior to the delivery or if the quality was compromised after the delivery due to neglect or improper care. Rest assured we will do everything we can to resolve any quality issues to your satisfaction. The resolution may include a replacement, exchange and/or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Orchid Plants: Orchid plants, with proper care, should continue to bloom for a minimum two (2) weeks. If an orchid plant does not last for the 1st week, we will replace the plant free of charge. Note: Please continue to care for the orchid as specified on our Orchid Care (see below). Once the flowers on your orchid are gone, trim the flowering stem down to 1 above the orchid leaves. The orchid may bloom again in the coming season!
CANDLES/VASES: Your satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange it for you within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Unfortunately, orders that are perishable or older than 30 days cannot be exchanged.
* We will exchange or issue a store credit the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number before returning any items. Items MUST be received in resalable condition. SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM YOU WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED SHIPPING.
* Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo and/or shipment of the damaged item may be required, do not dispose of damaged item until you have contact us at: email@example.com.
* Items received as a gift (paid for by someone else other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. ONLY IF IN RESALABLE CONDITION AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED. We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items. All sales on sale items are FINAL.

Please send your return package vis UPS or Parcel Post insured. Insurance protects you in the case the items are received on our end damaged or in some cases lost in transit. Carefully package the items in original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the fragile product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items MUST be received new/resalable condition for an exchange and/or refund.
Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return and issue store credit. We will contact you via email to inform you that the item has been returned and that the refund and/or credit has been issued.
Exchanging an item at Blooming Flowers Online: If you wish to exchange product(s) please note that return and replacement shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return/exchange to Blooming Flowers. Replacement shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport the replacement to you.
Since we carry many flowers that are seasonal, not all arrangements appearing on our web site are available at all times of the year. However, our talented team does their utmost to keep the look closest to the desired arrangement while remaining true to our customers particular color scheme and specific occasion.
Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical shipping time is 48 hours on in-stock merchandise. In the rare event we are out of stock on the item you have selected, you will be notified via email. Your card will not be charged if we are out of stock.
Orders shipping to addresses in Florida are subject to Florida state sales tax.
